Dreary and dark office space was dramatically transformed into a vibrant and exciting work environment. Existing walls, ceilings, and floors were removed, and collaborative open work areas were created. Private offices and meeting rooms require acoustic separation but share light through glass walls. A central bar welcomes visitors, accommodates team meetings, and is the centerpiece for weekly Happy Hour as the company encourages teambuilding and seeks to draw millennials into the workplace. Fun colors and lighting add visual interest to the office.
